The Marcus Amphitheater offers accessible seating for all events at all price levels. We will provide fair and equitable service and seating accommodations for patrons who request accessible seating.
Accessible Seating Purchase Procedure
Accessible seats may ONLY be purchased through the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office. Patrons may call 414.273.2600 or visit the Box Office in person during regular hours of operation. TDD service is available by calling 877.474.4TDD. Patrons cannot purchase accessible seating through Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster phone lines or on Ticketmaster.com.
Accessible seating is available at all price levels on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible seating may also be purchased via phone directly through the Box Office for all pre-sale and discount promotions. The caller must verbally provide any passwords required to participate in promotions.
Note: Tickets for accessible seating are the only orders the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office can take by phone. Tickets for standard seating must be purchased through Ticketmaster's phone lines, website, at their outlets or in person at the venue Box Office.
Types of Accessible Seating
The Marcus Amphitheater has wheelchair accessible seating for patrons and their companions.

Wheelchair Accessible - These seating areas are located on Platforms AA through L and are available at all price levels. |

Companion Seating - Adjacent seating is available on the accessible platform for a companion. |
Dedicated reserved seating is available for patrons who are blind or have low vision. Dedicated seats are also available for patrons who require the services of a sign language interpreter. The services of a signer may be requested at no cost to the patron. At least two weeks lead time is needed. Arrangements for these seats and the services of a sign language interpreter may be made by calling the box office directly at 414-273-2600.

Box Office ADA Service Windows
Accessible service windows are available during all Box Office hours. There is a small button on the ADA windows. Patrons who require assistance at an ADA window can press the button to call an attendant.
Patrons with special needs may use the ADA service windows to pick up tickets placed in Will Call.
ADA Parking & Passenger Loading Zones
Accessible parking spaces are available in lots G, H & P. Vehicles must have disabled plates or a permit to park in accessible spaces. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates during Summerfest may be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office and via phone, though parking in an accessible space cannot be guaranteed.
During Summerfest, passengers can be dropped off or picked up at the South Gate.
Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs are available for rental at festival information booths during Summerfest. Wheelchair rental is not available during shows taking place before or after Summerfest.
Ticket Fraud Disclaimer:
Ticket Fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to any event. We consider ticket fraud to be extremely serious and will take appropriate action to prevent such usage. Guests holding fraudulent tickets or misrepresenting a disability in an attempt to purchase ADA designated seats are subject to ejection without reimbursement or restoration and many may be subject to criminal prosecution as allowed by law.
